Vancouver 2010 Winter OlympicsThe Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics and Paralympics will be held in February and March. The Inukshuk stone monument has been used as the main symbol for the 2010 Olympics. So it was great to see part of the Olympic torch relay in downtown Vancouver and even better to get photos of some of the events. Below is a photo of the Olympic torch relay handover at the Inukshuk site in English Bay. It was taken at about 8 a.m. on 12 February 2010 - the day the Winter Olympic Games started.
