Get Vancouver Tourism Information at the Visitor Info Centres

Need Vancouver Tourism Information? Get help and advice at the official Tourism Vancouver Info Centres. These are the best places to start checking for guides, brochures and other resources to plan an enjoyable stay.

The agents the Info Centres can answer your questions, and help you to choose the best places to see and enjoy, on your vacation.

If you speak to one of the advisors, you also will get advice about current events in Vancouver and they can help you to choose the best options for your vacation time. We always made arrangements to go to the information centres as soon as possible after our arrival on vacation, to browse around and pick up new information to have handy, when we need them. The free Visitors Guide Book is updated annually and it has lots of useful information in it.

So when you're in the Vancouver area, check out these Visitor Info. Centres:

Downtown Vancouver

The main Vancouver Tourist Centre is open all year round at:
Plaza Level, 200 Burrard Street
Vancouver, British Columbia
Canada V6C 3L6
Phone: (604)683-2000
Fax: (604)682-6839

Make sure you allow some extra time when you go to the downtown Vancouver Info Centre. It's very close to Canada Place, with the Vancouver Convention Centre (one of Vancouver's landmarks, with the unusual sail-roof design). It's also the main docking area for the cruise liners, plying the popular Pacific North West routes.

Vancouver International Airport

  • The Domestic Arrivals Level

Peace Arch Border Crossing

Hwy 99, just north of the Canada/US Border. It's also open year round.

Cruise Ship Terminals

  • Canada Place Cruise Ship Terminal, 999 Canada Place, Vancouver
  • Ballantyne Pier Cruise Ship Terminal, 655 Centennial Road, Vancouver

The Visitor Info Centres at these cruise ship terminals are only open during the cruise seasons.
